We've put a lot of work into this site and its content, especially the pictures you see here.  Please do not use them without our permission.  If you do see something on this site you would like to use, please feel free to contact us, and we will consider your request.

Sex of animals is not guaranteed.

All of our animals are shipped via UPS overnight for next day delivery; live delivery guaranteed. The animal is placed in a deli cup which is padded inside an insulated shipping box. We use insulated shipping boxes with heat packs during the winter and cold packs during the summer for the protection of the animal. Someone must be present to receive the package for the guarantee to be valid. We are not responsible for the death of any animal if the package is left outside after delivery. Should the death of an animal occur during shipping, we must be notified within six hours of delivery and photo verification must be sent via e-mail. Buyer will receive refund for the cost of the animal or a replacement animal at no charge. We do not refund shipping charges (as they are not refunded to us). For the safety of the animals, we ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only and never during major holidays.

Geckos can occasionally lose their tail during shipping. We are not responsible for replacing or providing any refund for a gecko that loses its tail.
